In addition to didactic skills in conceptualizing learning, the workshop addressed the “Ukrainian higher education and internationalization in times of change” topic.

The meeting of all the participants of THEA Ukraine X program in Münster was extremely eventful. The new cohort gained vast theoretical and practical experience in conducting trainings from the most experienced experts in this field. In particular, the speeches of Kostiantyn Kyrychenko, Assistant Rector for International Activities, Head of the International Cooperation Department of Sumy State University, Katja Thevs and Dr. Gisela Zimmermann, who presented the opportunities of the DAAD program for Ukrainian universities, were valuable. The presentation on Didactic Training: Designing Interactive Workshops by Miné de Klerk, Higher Education & Digital Transformation Specialist, was exceptionally useful.

The final part of the two-day workshop was a 5-minute presentation of the project ideas of the III cohort participants, which will be implemented in Ukrainian universities in the pitching form.

The presentation of project ideas was followed by an active discussion and questions from the organizers, trainers, and program participants. It is important to note that the President of the University of Applied Sciences in Munster, Prof. Dr. Frank Dellmann, joined to the presentation stage.

The participants of the third cohort received new tasks to be completed by a certain deadline and uploaded to the ILIAS platform for further evaluation and implementation of the project idea.

All the events of the workshop program were held in an extremely interactive manner, which united all the participants of the meeting to the maximum.

The workshop was aimed at preparing multiplicative trainings for Ukrainian higher education managers on the topics of internationalization of higher education, quality assurance tools, digitalization, and measures to support international partnerships and networks.
